Job Duties
Organize and execute marketing activities, and to coordinate activities for exhibitions, seminars mainly for mainland China market.
Preparation of advertisements, posters and brochures, website updates/managements
Prepare customer database and contacts for mass marketing activities
Assistance in preparation of Quotation, Sales Order and other related documents, etc
Coordination & Correspondence and Follow up with existing and new customers in Hong Kong and China.
Support sales executives to liaison with offices in China and to coordinate with our suppliers in EUROPE/USA for both in Putonghua and English.
Travel to mainland China maybe occasionally necessary.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma preferably in sales and marketing or related discipline.
Preferably 1-2 year working experience in sales and marketing, preferably engineering equipment and machinery, not compulsory, newly graduates are welcome
Good command of both written & spoken English & Putonghua.
Computer proficiency in MS Office, PhotoShop and etc.
Knowledge in non-destructive testing, engineering background, material & physical science is a plus, but not compulsory.
Conditions and benefits:
5 working days per week
With medical care (after probation)
2 weeks leave per annum (provided full year service is rendered)
Minimum one month year-end bonus (provided full year service is rendered)
