Job Description
Work closely with retail store and logistics parties to design efficient and effective workflow to provide quality service to customer
Monitor and report the performance of customer service and logistics team
Provide logistics solutions to support Marketing and Sales Programs
Recruit, train and supervise a team of customer services and logistics staff
Select and supervise logistics contractors or vendors
Requirements
University graduate with 2 years experience of supervisory level
Solid experience in logistics management
Strong process/workflow orientation
A flexible and creative problem solver
Hardworking, detailed, systematic, organized and disciplined
Persistent and strong service orientation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Willing to work under pressure and long working hours
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Immediate availability is preferred
