Responsibilities:
Lead a team in FE and Factory to follow up project till production stable.
Liaison with Headquarter, Factory and suppliers to ensure completion of project on time and within budget.
Communicate with headquarter and manufacturing vendor to update/modify design as needed.
Test, debug, and validate complex assemblies.
Trouble shoot by identifying root causes and communicate with parties concerned in order to solve the problems.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the optimal direction to meet the design requirements.
Required skills:
Degree holder in electronic engineering;
Min 7 years solid engineering experience in electronic product;
Relevant experience in
Discrete analog circuit design such as motor driver circuit and battery charging.
Microcontroller-based digital system
High-volume/low-cost consumer product design and manufacturing experience.
Schematics and printed circuit board layout using EDA tools.
Infrared sensor design solution, WiFi and Zigbee application
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Self-motivated, responsible and willing to work under pressure & overtime;
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment as part of a multidisciplinary team;
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills;
Fluent in English and Cantonese, and Mandarin preferable;
Frequently travel to PRC and occasionally travel to Oversea.
