University / Polytechnic graduate with degree or higher diploma in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical related disciplines
5 years experience in Hotel, Facility Management or Property Management field
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Independent and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office applications & Chinese word-processing
