Technical Service Engineer
Responsibilities:

Provide on-site installation and maintenance support to Epson and/or IT Products
Troubleshooting, analyze and solve the service problems
Support Pre-sales and post-sales support activities
Provide technical/user training and product demonstration to customers and partners
Maintain customer satisfaction level and achieve the Service KPI targets
Prepare the services reports and documents on daily operation
Requirements:

Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
1-2 years working experience in Services support or IT industry is preferable.
Self-motivated, responsible and team oriented.
Good problem solving skills, customer-focused and work independently.
Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
Fresh graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered.
Working hours : Mon ~ Fri 09:00 ~ 18:00, Sat 09:00 ~ 13:00

Salary : Negotiable

Job Type : Full time, Contract
