The Job:
Responsible for service provisioning, fault management, troubleshooting and configuration
Monitor the planned activities, outage control, alarm monitoring and performance of service components and report fault in a timely manner
Provide first line support of network surveillance including voice, data, transmission service quality assurance
Liaise with internal/ external parties to provide technical support
Handle fault reporting and complaints hotline
Handling or assist fault case shooting activities
Maintains fault history and event report consolidation
Shift Duty required during non-office hours and public holiday
The Person:
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Telecommunications, Electronics or Information Technology or related disciplines
Possess CCNA or above is an advantage
Customer oriented, good in troubleshooting are the key to the success of the job
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
