The successful candidate will be the E&M in charge of a new building in Causeway Bay. He/ she is responsible to vetting/monitoring of tenants’ fitting out works, witnessing of T&C, handover of systems from contractors, setting up a new technical team for operation and maintenance of the building systems, providing technical supports and handling technical issues.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
MHKIE or MCIBSE or equivalent professional qualification
10 years relevant working experience in plant operation and maintenance in property management or development company with 5 years at supervisory level
Solid experience in T&C, handover of new building and vetting of design drawings
Independent, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
Good communication skill with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
