Job Description
To join a team in maintaining PABX telephony systems
Responsible for PABX telephone system installation / day to day telephony system problems / corrective maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance
Analyze, plan, schedule and follow up with customer to fix any technical issues of telephony system
Review and follow up with customer on telephony system healthiness and critical issues
Requirements
Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in telecom industry is preferable
Hands on experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of PABX system is a must
Candidate should possess good initiative and strong analytical skills in problem solving
Require good facilitator and possess strong communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh graduates will be welcome to apply the post of Assistant Field Engineer
