Sales & Marketing Mgr (People Soft FIN & HRMS Sol)
This is a challenging position with a wide exposure to the IT consulting industry. We are expecting candidates who possess a very strong desire to succeed and progress in the complex e-business environment.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Perform sales and marketing roles of PeopleSoft Financials and HRMS solutions to middle-top tier market
Develop marketing strategies and implementation plan to increase the company's awareness
Establish strategic partner network and relationships with vendors, resellers and other buisness partners
Draft business proposals
Requirements:
University graduated, major in IT/ business related discipline, or University graduates with 2-4 years experience in accounting for large multinational organizations or auditing in the Big 5 or other professional consultancy experience
3-4 years solutions selling experience with track record is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Highly organized and disciplined
Knowledge on ERP solutions like PeopleSoft, Microsoft Great Plains, Oracle, Epicor, JD Edwards, Baan etc. is a plus but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
Candidates with less experience would be considered for the post of Sales and Marketing Executive
