Responsibilities: .
Responsible for full shipping functions including I/E shipping documents, bills and export declaration, logistics cost estimation and negotiation with logistics providers
Liaise with internal departments / vendors / logistics providers / clients on any logistic related issues
Requirements: .
Professional Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Shipping & Transport or relevant discipline
5 years of relevant working experience in trading / manufacturing companies
Experience in handling different shipping terms, particularly DDP and DDU, is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft office & Chinese word processing
Mature, proactive, independent, well organized, detail oriented and responsible
Strong communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Logistics Coordinator
