Responsibilities
Handling of I/E shipping documents
Familiar with Tradelink system, import/export licenses, C/O, Form A
Liaise with internal staff, forwarder, external supplies and customer
Handle factory registration (FR) and the Textiles Trader Registration (TTR) application independently
Maintain and manage Inventory stock
Requirement
From 5 above
Independent, self-motivated, well organized, detail minded and able to work under pressure
Excellent command in both spoken and written English/ Mandarin is a must
Proficient in MS office applications, especially MS Excel and Word Processing
Able to work under pressure, fast adopting, aggressive, self-motivated, responsible and hard working
Experience in Garment field an advantage
Immediate available is preferred
