Job Duties:
- Oversee all financial duties for operations in HK and PRC entities;
- Supervise the consolidation of financial statements;
- Actively involved in budgeting and forecasting;
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of financial and management reports;
- Liaise with bankers and prepare appropriate deliverables;
- Liaise with auditors and in charge of year-end audit.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline, a CPA holder;
- 8 to 10 years solid accounting experience;
- Management experience and exposure in PRC retail are preferred;
- Experience in PRC taxation and manufacturing is a definite advantage;
- Able to communicate effectively in both English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
- Occasional travel to Shanghai is required.
