|
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure a smooth daily accounting operations and maintaining full set of accounts
Supervise daily accounting functions and financial dealings
Verify job revenue and cost and ensure proper accruals
Prepare monthly management and financial reports, budgets and forecasts on a timely basis
Analyze monthly reports for management reporting
Coordinate with auditor, prepare various accounting schedules for year-end audit
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting
Minimum ACCA Level 2, QP or equivalent qualifications
At least 5 years commercial experience with 2 years in a supervisory or higher position
Preferably experience in Sun accounting system and HFM Reporting
Experience in Fairs & Events is an advantage
Experience in consolidation and budgeting
Experience in China accounting is preferred
Excellent Excel, good PC knowledge and analytical skills
Devoted, independent and attentive to details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
