Job Duties
Prepare consolidation accounts, management reports / analyses for the Group
Supervise daily accounting functions of PRC/HK accounting staff
Liaise with external professional firms, financial institutions and relevant authorities in the implementation of job assignments
Assist in ad hoc projects
Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or above
Qualified accountant (member of the HKICPA or equivalent)
Minimum 6 years of auditing and commercial accounting experience, preferably with experience gained from Big 4 CPA and/or listed companies
Experience in financial accounting, management accounting and consolidation of accounts
Knowledge of PRC accounting / tax rules and regulations
Proficient in PC applications including Chinese Word Processing
Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Responsible, self-motivated and detail oriented
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Occasional travel to PRC is required
