Responsibilities:
Maintain daily receipt from customers
Liaise with salespersons/bank and follow up overdue accounts receivables
Prepare bank reconciliation
Assist the senior in monitoring of invoicing, receipt, payment and general ledger
Perform monthly closing and prepare accounting schedules
Provide general clerical support
Perform accounting related ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
LCC & I Higher Level or above
Minimum 5 years solid work experience preferably in retail industry
Proficiency in MS Excel Application
Well-versed in accounting software e.g. Navision preferred
Responsible, independent and proactive personality with good interpersonal skill
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Immediate available is preferred
