Responsibilities:
Perform on-site technical support to customer and identify cause of problems
Carry out installation and maintenance on maintenance on fiber service such as broadband line, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and Metro Ethernet lines
Coordinate and communicate with vendors regarding technical issues
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
Diploma in telecommunications, electronics or electrical engineering disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in field operations
Holder of Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent
Good knowledge of firewall and VPN configuration, Cisco and Juniper product
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh graduate will be considered
