Responsibilities
Responsible for all regular Management Reports on profit and loss, consolidation accounts, budget & forecast, cash flow management & internal control and other indicators
Consolidate the financial statement among the group companies;
Oversee and ensure compliance of accounting policies and procedures, internal control, tax and statutory requirement
Based in Hong Kong & occasional travel to Thailand (overnight) and Shenzhen (1day trip with company car)
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Qualifications
min. 10 years experience in manufacturing company
Possess good exposures in China business environment and JV operations
Meticulous, with a keen eye for details
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
