Responsibilities:
Report to the Marketing Manager to implement effective marketing plan that promotes the brand and product offering.
Assist in ideas generation planning and executing various marketing activities, including advertising, sales promotions and PR events. Review effectiveness, and prepare report as required.
Follow up with inter-departments and external partners for promotion, design and production of integrated marketing communication materials, distribution and promotion logistics arrangement and joint promotion activities to ensure smooth execution on all marketing programs.
Regular reporting to keep monitoring P&L and marketing results.
Analyze business trends/consumer insights to ensure that all marketing programs are in line with the business needs.
Responsible for POP, marketing collaterals, and packaging coordination.
Requirements:
Tertiary educated or F.7 with 3 years relevant experience in Marketing discipline
Exposure with FMCG products is an asset, but not a must
Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
Aggressive, highly motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure and be a good team player with positive attitude
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and knowledge of Mandarin is preferable
1-2 years hands-on experience in web administration is preferable
Good computer literacy and Chinese Word Processing are must. Knowledge in Mac Computer, Illustrator, Photoshop or Freehand is an asset
