Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Accounting with ACCA Level 2 or above
At least 7+ years proven experience in Accounting, intercompany transaction & Consolidated Reporting is preferred..
Proficiency in accounting software, and knowledge of MYOB is definitely an advantage
Good PC skills especially in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in high fashion garment industry is a must
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
Responsibilities
Responsible for financial, cost and management accounting
Provide monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow for Management
Prepare year end audit reports and employee tax return submission to relevant authorities
Company Secretarial and daily administrative matter
Liaise with outsourcing agents/forwarders in the logistics of the purchase order and sales invoice
Ensure the goods shipping orders are processed according to the schedule
Additional Qualities
Dynamic, meticulous, creative thinking and multi-tasking with good analytical mind
Immediate availability is a definite advantage
