Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Derive information from marketing data to effectively segment target customers in China
Formulate Marketing Strategies (Pricing, Promotion, Product) to develop the companies' China Retail market
Provide input into products' pricing strategies
Effectively manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in line with marketing strategies
Work with China and Hong Kong teams to on Brand Building and Management
Drive projects to perform analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Liaison with media and advertising agencies in Hong Kong and China
Education and Experience
business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
experience in all aspects of developing marketing strategies
technical marketing skills, including visual merchandising will be an advantage
proven experience in customer and market research
relevant product and fashion industry knowledge
experience with relevant software applications
Key Competencies
thorough understanding of marketing principles of the 4 Ps and 4Cs
ability to conduct market research and analysis of results
problem analysis and problem-solving
Good Presentation Skills
