Accountabilities:
Responsible for assisting the preparation of management reports, budget and forecasts
preparation of monthly financial management package, budgets, forecasts and strategic plans in a timely manner
Prepare monthly financial schedules for business review meeting and participate in cost review with brands
Prepare monthly KPI and other performance related reports as requested
Safeguard data integrity and optimise BW reports for wider use
Maintain cost centre hierarchy in a dynamic environment
Ad hoc financial analysis / projects as allocated by the Assistant Finance Manager/Director
Requirements:
3-6 years of working experience in Accounting / Auditing, preferably in trading industry
Completed all professional examinations or finalist
Good spreadsheet skills is a must
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Well organized and able to handle multi-tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills and to be a good team player
Good problem solving skills
Independent, self-motivated and details oriented
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Immediate available preferred
