Reporting to: Finance Manager
Location: Hong Kong
Roles
This role will involve working alongside and supporting the Finance Manager for Imagination Asia Ltd on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities
System set up for new jobs, clients and suppliers on respective company ledgers
Weekly forecast of company cash flow requirements
Online banking payments preparation and statements download
Posting cash receipts and payments and performing weekly bank reconciliations
Day to day banking administration – letters / statements / cancelling cheques
Reconciliation of all local and foreign currency bank accounts
Matching and posting supplier invoices to purchase orders
Chasing employee expenses for Amex and IOU’s and posting to ledger
Settlement of supplier accounts, transfers and cheques
Intercompany account billing and reconciliation
Maintain list of aged creditors
Ongoing time posting for Imagination Asia
Posting general journals
Adhoc nominal ledger account reconciliation
Experience and skills:
LCC higher qualification
Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
Minimum 2 years working experience with similar capacity
Previous agency sector experience would be advantageous
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Ability to type simplified Chinese
Mature, responsible and self motivated
Excellent attention to detail
Immediate availability preferred
