Major Responsibilities include:
Manage all aspects of Accounts Payables including timely and accurately processing vendors invoices, debit notes and staff reimbursement for multi locations
Prepare Bank Reconciliation, daily cash flow and other related reports
Prepare periodic and ad hoc expense analysis
Support month-end & year-end closing of books and related analysis and ad hoc requests
Provide clerical support, including filing and other administrative functions as requested
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of working experience within the accounting function of a medium to large sized firm
Diploma in Accounting
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and working knowledge of computer accounting packages preferably Sun Accounting System 4.26 & Vision 6
Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
Be able to handle daily accounting operations independently, efficiently and accurately
A self-starter, hard working and well organized
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
