The candidate will be responsible for:
(1) the finance and accounting matters of the property development and investment business of our Group, including preparation of the monthly financial statements, annual budgets and projections,
(2) evaluating various investment opportunities, and
(3) handling special projects as assigned from time to time.
Successful candidate should be a Degree holder in Accounting/Finance and an qualified accountant with a minimum of 7 years’ relevant working experience and at least 2 years of which at managerial level, an analytical mind and solid report writing and presentation skills. Hands-on experience in handling relationships with various property development issues will definitely be an adavantage.
