Job Responsibilities:
Follow up sample development, special projects and bulk production
Assist in product sourcing, development & quotations
To follow up with vendors on costing submission
Communicate with suppliers directly
To check the accuracy of data in cost sheets and maintain info records in SOPS
To monitor bulk production and on time delivery
To assist in on-site quality control
To organize and manage the filing systems for product development, costing and bulk production
To manage the material library and update raw material & trims inventory.
To input and update PO in SOPS.
To check accuracy of delivery/packing list from suppliers and liaise with logistic company
To prepare export/import license and on-line export declaration
To assist in ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
Form 7 or above with at least 2 years relevant work experience in leather handbags/wallets' development and production
Some work experience or education in US/ Europe preferable.
Experience with manufacturing / buying office / trading office is preferred
Be able to work independently with factories
Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure
Fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential
Proficiency in PC skills
Travel to China factories is required
Immediate availability is preferred
