Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting functions and provide general accounting support
Responsible for accounts receivable and payable
Prepare monthly report to Management in all accounts activities
Able to handle full set of accounts, month/year end closing and audit schedules etc
Perform any others duties as assigned by supervisors and handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Required Qualification & Experience
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
At least 5 years solid accounting experience with some supervisory skills
Proficient in Accounting Software such as MYOB and ACCPAC
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, English and fast Chinese Word Processing
Good command of English (Both spoken and written), Cantonese and Mandarin
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to meet tight deadlines, work independently and under pressure
Short notice period is preferred
