Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the execution of annual marketing plan as well as strategic planning on products and customers;
Develop and execute market research plans which adequately measure and lead to a better understanding of the brand and customer segments;
Initiate, develop (in conjunction with Sales and Operations) and oversees execution of consumer promotion programs; including analysis of results vs. objectives;
Evaluate sales, distribution and market share by region and recommends programs with the Sales and Operations for leveraging strengths;
Analyze programs effectiveness and develop best practice recommendations.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing and/or Master in Business Administration or related discipline;
At least 10 years of experience in a marketing role with 5 in an executive level position such as general manager or vice president;
Experience in marketing management of CPG, FMCG or E-Commerce is an asset;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all level and from different culture;
Strong leadership with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
A strategic thinker, a self starter and motivator;
Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
PRC and overseas travel are required.
