Responsibilities:
Install and maintain PABX, IP Telephony System, Voice Recording System, Call Center equipment, Structured Cabling & all kind of telecom products.
System testing & supporting.
Solve customers' inquiries and technical problems.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Certificate in Computer/ Networking/ Electronic Engineering/ Telecom or equivalent.
Vocational training graduated with less working experience would be considered as Technician.
Knowledge in PABX, telecom & networking standard e.g. TCP/IP, H323 & SIP, and XML, Java/J2EE is an advantage.
Experience in Windows OS/ Unix/ Linux, Networking/ Router/ Switch, Server/ Workstation computer hardware support, & as a holder of professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, will be an advantage.
Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Responsible, customer-focused & outgoing personality.
Willing to travel.
Overtime work is required.
Immediately available preferred.
