Job Description:
Assisting with the implementation of our marketing and sales strategies.
Office management in order to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Take incoming calls and transfer to related colleagues.
Coordinate the courier and shipping forwarders for our domestic and international shipping.
Assisting with order follow up, local customer visits and overseas visitors.
Preparing customer sample sheets and other marketing material for meeting follow ups.
Requirements:
University degree is a must (business and/or design degree), working experience preferred but fresh graduates will also be considered.
Very good English speaking and writing skills and Cantonese/Mandarin speaking skills are required.
Understanding of purchasing, sourcing and sales processes is advantageous.
Skills using MS Office and internet research needed.
Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
Ability to work independent and willing to take challenges.
