Sales & Marketing Executive
Responsibilities

To develop & execute result-oriented marketing strategies and sales action plans
To improve/simplify/standardize current sales & marketing process.
To produce marketing/sales performance projection reports
To produce marketing/sales actual performance analysis reports
To produce methods & guide researches on monitoring market movements, competitor movements etc.
To participate in launching new products



Requirements

Result-oriented, independent, self-motivated, well-organized, enthusiastic and a positive thinker

At least 3 years of Sales & Marketing experiences in FMCG, health industry or related industries
Experience in launching new products, and continued brand building marketing activities
Possess a good sense of market trends, channel expectations, competitors movements
Strong and equipped with good leadership, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation skills
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Good presentation skills in both English & Chinese
Proficiency in computer skills, such as Excel/Word/Power Point
Time management & Well-organized
Willing to work under pressure
