Mission: reporting to the group Marketing Director in Paris , France and in dotted line to the Asia managing director , you
Are responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of the commercial strategy and marketing plan, for luxury Brand and mass market trade brands in the Asian office markets in cooperation with the group marketing and product teams
Have to contribute to our very ambitious objectives in Asia , by positioning our product ranges , increasing market shares and profitability & turnover
Work closely with the regional sales team providing the needed support and training
Observe , analyze , report and propose ideas to accelerate developments in Asia markets
Define a profitable positioning by market / products range /segment to have the right brand perceived value
Monitor customers networks through frequent visits in the field
Manage and develop marketing and training teams
Work also at strategic level and contribute to generate and follow up an operational business plan for the rolling 5 years period
Profile:
University degree , business school , MBA is a plus
Relevant experience, minimum 8 years, in a similar regional marketing role , in luxury goods , textile , luggage , cosmetics , household … trade brands
Successful experience and contribution in business development operation in an efficient influencing role next to the sales team
Very good with numbers
Strong analytical skills
Very much hand’s on and operations oriented
