Responsibilities:
To drive and formulate overall business, brand and marketing strategy of the HKedcity’s portal
Conduct market analysis and researches to understand users’ needs
Develop the brand positioning, value propositions and product roadmap to meet customers’ needs
Build strategic partnership and leverage partners’ resources on web content development
Work with internal departments on mini site development projects. Prepare users specifications and oversee the production of web contents and new features, ensuring the delivery in a timely and effective manner
Develop members’ acquisition, utilization and online community engagement programs for HKedcity’s members
Closely monitor the campaign’s effectiveness by analyzing the web usage and engagement, fine-tune the strategies and programs when necessary
Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline;
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or project management, understanding of education or portal’s business would be an advantage;
Experience in content management preferable;
Possess knowledge in Microsoft applications, HTML, Flash, Dreamweaver, Blog and Wiki;
Proficient in English and Chinese;
Proactive, flexible and work well in a collaborative team environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Candidate with good connection and relationship with NGOs and content providers is a definite advantage
