Job duties:
Responsible for
Providing system installation and maintenance, trouble shooting, technical advice and certification
Providing customer service and handle all customer enquiries
Techinical support to sales and service follow up
Properly maintain spare part inventory, test/demonstration equipment, tools and technical data documentation
Prepare and perform service related documentation
Requirements:
High Diploma Holder or above in Electrical Engineering
High Diploma Holder or above in Fashion and Textile Studies is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with managing Microsoft's Windows, software and familiar with popular database software
Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
Self-motivated, good sense of responsibility, good problem solving skills and team player, patient and independent working
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
