This position plays a leading role in formulating and mapping out marketing plan of Mannings Retail, in order to achieve targets on both brand building and sales performance. He/she supports the Group Marketing Manager in developing strategies for Mannings, also responsible for implementation and evaluation of the plans in order to achieve company goals.
The Job:
Develop marketing plan of Mannings. Based upon brand position and detination, taken into account the market situation, to formulate integrated marketing programs for Mannings Retail.
Develop advertising and POP template. Seamlessly work with Marketing Services Manager to ensure proper execution.
Play a leading role to work out innovative and cost-effective sales promotion programs with sales manager and marketing services manager.
Lead outside research projects. Work with agencies to prepares reports, analysis and commentary for management on top line findings and recommendations.
Manage advertising agency to develop marketing projects. Provide detailed creative brief to ensure mutual understanding and effectiveness of project development. Monitor and evaluate agency performance.
Manage public relations agency on project basis. Provide clear guidelines and work closely to maximize effectiveness of P.R. initiatives. Monitor agency to provide evaluation and feedback analysis.
Develop interactive display including website building and maintenance.
Manage sales & marketing initiatives for house brand products
The Person :
Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years solid marketing experience including 4A companies, candidates with retail, FMCG, health & beauty background an advantage.
Strong strategic thinking, can understand macro market situation to relate into micro management of the programs
Creative, detail minded, independent with execellent communication skill
Analytical, in both qualitative and quantitative. Good knowledge in researches.
Excellent management skill, on projects of high complexity, in various scales, on different levels, yet in short time frames
Good interpersonal and people management skill
