Job Responsibilities:
Formulate & execute the marketing plans & strategies for the designated markets including but not limited to sales budget, product costing & pricing and product & trade marketing programs;
Conduct market research & analysis and generate market & customer insights to define product positioning and business objectives;
Lead and coach the supporting team in PRC to achieve the sales target;
Expand the customer base and ensure customers' satisfaction;
Work closely and cross functionally in developing and deploying the marketing plans successfully;
Be a self-motivator, executor and team player to translate the set marketing strategies into operational realities.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or related discipline;
Minimum 5 years' I/E experience and at least 2 years of which in same or similar capacity;
Familiarity with manufacturing operation & its work flow;
Awareness of trends of international markets and good understanding of trade practices;
Proficiency in written & spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua;
Effective communication, presentation & interpersonal skills;
Creative, self-initiative, responsible, hands-on and result-oriented, able to work under multi-task environment and meet with tight deadlines;
Strong sense of ownership and able to drive/cope with changes;
Frequent travel to PRC is required.
Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate commensurate with his/her qualification & experience. Applicants with less experience will be considered for the position of ‘Deputy Manager or Senior Marketing Executive’.
