Our client, a well established luxury retail brand, is looking for a Marketing Director who has had significant retail exposure in China. Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Marketing division, your role is to develop a local and international marketing plan, while working closely with different teams in both HK and China to ensure the strategy is effectively executed.
To join this well renowned company with great remuneration packages and a warm welcoming company culture, you will require the following skills:
University graduate in Marketing Communications or E-business/E-Management
Minimum 8 years experience working for a large retail company with china exposure a must
Strong online marketing background
Strong leadership skills to demonstrate and reinforce company vision and values to the Marketing team
Work closely with each business unit to ensure that the marketing programs are in line the brand image
To develop a strategic marketing plan which incorporates all areas of the brands marketing and creative division
Working closely with the Marketing team in China to ensure brand image is consistent across the company
To identify and facilitate new marketing initiatives to develop brand awareness
Creative communication initiatives with a forward thinking attitude
Analytical minded
Strong communication skill, with the ability to work well in a team
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
