Our Client : Leading Integrated Logistics Provider. (Located in Kwai Chung)
Responsibilities :
Analyze tender and distribute tasks to internal stakeholders, and review/validate information received from the internal stakeholders.
Assist in the Tender Management process and ensure compliance with requirements of Head Office/Regional Center.
Provide a quality proposal to the assigned sponsor for validation and submission to the client.
Analyze tenders and recommend optimum business solutions.
Support and maintain pricing database of transportation rates, logistics/distribution rates.
Maintain tender data profiling and records, including the update of monthly bid log and completed tenders.
Support market intelligence on competitors’ pricing, capabilities, facilities, client base, products and services for competition analysis.
Gather and distribute post mortem data for all unsuccessful/successful bids.
Perform additional duties and/or ad hoc projects as assigned .
Requirements:
Diploma in Business administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience or industry knowledge.
Functional know-how in Air / Sea / Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Operational know-how (Customer Service & Procurement).
Personality traits such as: Customer focused, numeric skills and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, esp. Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
Good spoken and written English & Cantonese.
