Requirements
University Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 4 year’s solid experience in retail marketing, promotion and advertising
Strong leadership skill, good communication and presentation skill, strategic and conceptual thinking, problem solving and an overall orientation to action.
Independent, able to work under pressure, passion for achievement
Knowledge of graphic design & production, data analysis and Chinese word processing
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good computer knowledge especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Responsibilities
Formulate marketing & promotion program and coordinate internal and external parties to achieve the program’s target
Develop advertising strategy and plan, creative brief and copywriting, and measure the effectiveness of the advertising and marketing programs
Implement market research and data analysis, provide up-to-date market information to team members to ensure internal communication is efficient and effective
Analyse customer needs and market demands, develop and follow up Customer Relationship program to build up brand loyalty
Coordinate intensive of below-the-line communication materials such as POP, in-store display, etc.
Liaise with external organizations or companies for marketing related activities to fulfil business targets
