Marketing Manager
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
At least 8 years' relevant experience in planning and organizing promotional activities, events, press conferences, including preparation of promotional materials, liaison with media, etc, exposure in PRC and Macau projects will be an added advantage
Previous experience in the property sector, especially pre-launch marketing for residential sales project is a must
Good media relations and market senses
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is essential
Creative, proactive and with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Frequent travel is required
