|
Job Roles:
The Marketing Executive will assist the Marketing Manager in delivery of planned target sector marketing activity and brand marketing activity relevant to the region.
The job holder will report to the Marketing Manager, Asia
Job Duties:
Own and manage the marketing activity schedule
Data management: manage and maintain client list updated, update activity calendars
Research on clients, events, markets activities
Budget: process and track marketing expenses
Knowledge Centre: respond to the business need as required and file relevant documents and communicate to the sales team to share best practices and information
PR: develop a good relationship with selected local journalists and update PR report on a monthly basis. Liaise with group PR where required
Communication with the creative team and follow up and close out of jobs
Internal communication: manage Asia intranet page
Collecting information and help measuring the return on investment of marketing
Assist the Marketing Manager as required
Support online marketing activity including web updates
Coordinate internal and external marketing communications, workshops, seminars and events
Manage the online social marketing platform
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate is a graduate full of energy and ready to learn and apply what he/she has been learning at university
Bachelor in Marketing or Corporate Communication or any relevant discipline
At least 2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduate with enthusiasm in developing his / her career in Marketing field will also be considered
Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaking is a must
Excellent writing skills in English and preferably Chinese
