Responsibilities:
Monitor facilities maintenance work for an industrial building complex
Supervise a team of maintenance staff of different trades and manage contractors’ work
Develop and implement scheduled maintenance plan
Conduct building condition inspection, reporting and refurbishment
Provide engineering and technical support for facilities development project and liaise with regulatory authorities to meet compliance requirements
Requirements:
University Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines and with 5 years relevant maintenance experience
Candidates with exposure in maintenance of large scale commercial / institutional complex, but with less experience will also be considered
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A) or above, hands-on experience in safety supervision, or/and with relevant Construction Safety / professional certification would be a distinct advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese,
Ability in project design and CAD preferable.
