Job Responsibilities:
Contact existing members for orders taking and customer service, handling customer queries, consolidating customer feedback
Maintain good relationship with clients and advice on our service packages
Assistance on promotional activities and clerical work
Provide management support to daily operations, such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable
Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Form 7 or above
Minimum 3-4 years working experience
Customer orientated, good telephone manner.
Excellent computer knowledge, such as MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing, computer graphic skills is a plus!
Good communication, hard working, self-motivated and eager to learn
