| Operations Assistant |
|
Responsibilities:
Follow up questions feedback and cope with difficulties in daily operations
Monitor operations quality in distribution hubs by means of CCTV and on-site visit
Assist in conducting quality control
Prepare monthly report and analysis of operations data
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
Experience in ISO and Quality Control is highly preferred
At least 1 year relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Responsible, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
