Responsibilities:
Strong leadership & technical background.
Lead and manage some project teams to design and develop products from conceptual phase to production.
Communicate and liaise with both external and internal customers.
Supervise Engineering Team; human resource & job arrangement for the Project Team.
Product design & manufacturing feasibility analysis / product improvement.
Responsible for development process / project planning / project schedule/ cost control / pilot run and successful production.
Need to handle multiple projects and work independently.
Sustain engineering and continuous improvement responsibilities.
Requirements:
Good knowledge in small home electrical appliances & safety approval (UL / CSA / GS / VDE etc.) plus Pro/E.
Work independently and under pressure.
Station in Dongguan factory.
Excellent communication technique / team spirit.
Good sense of responsibility and accountability.
10 -15 years in product design & management experience.
