Job Description
Coordinate and manage regular emergency repair and maintenance works (E&M);
Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement works;
Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation;
Monitor the in-house technicians to perform in required quality and safety standards;
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B)
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in day-to-day operation, maintenance, facilities management and electrical engineering
Proficiency in PC operations in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD;
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Initiative, independent, responsible and a good team player
