We are seeking a self-motivated, creative and detail-oriented individual for the role of Marketing Manager, who is fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). This new position provides a unique opportunity to shape marketing and promotions with our platform partners, as well as execute programs that increase viewership, specifically:
Implementing and managing successful marketing plans and budgets that maximize viewership and subscriptions
Managing the day-to-day relationship with Pay TV platform sales and marketing teams for:
Monthly Programming Highlights (in Chinese and English)
Joint PR, marketing and promotional activities
Marketing materials and premiums
Initiate and manage PR activities to maximize company exposure and branding, working closely with the internal team and PR agency to ensure targets for placement and quality are achieved.
The ideal candidate has:
Prior marketing experience in public relations, promotions, or program management
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Strong Excel or other spreadsheet skills
Experience with presentation software such as Powerpoint or Keynote
Experience using social media platforms for advertising purposes
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, internally and with external partners and suppliers
Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree in Marketing or related field a plus
