Responsibilities:
The maintenance technician, under the supervision of division supervisor or manager, provides technical and maintenance supports to customers. The duties include, but are not limited to, providing repairs and troubleshooting.
Provide installation, maintenance and support services on electrical/electronic product, software and network equipment at customer sites;
Liaises with customers in rectifying problems;
Keep and record job related documents properly;
Perform on-call maintenance services outside normal office hours and on public holidays;
Shift duty may require;
Qualification & Requirements:
F.5 or above or professional training in Electrical/Electronic Discipline is required;
Solid working experience in electrical/electronic maintenance service;
Good knowledge on desktop hardware and Windows application is a must;
Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication in Cantonese, preferably with English;
Good sense of responsibilities;
Capable and confident to work independently without supervision;
