Marketing Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

Handle -mails/ calls from Frequent Flyer Program members’ daily
Follow up Program members’ complaints or enquiries forwarded from other departments
Handle Program members’ miles-related cases including miles’ claim, updating member profile, re-setting password, etc.
Collect and process daily members’ online applications and application forms for system enrollment
Update Frequent Flyer Program member enrollment records daily
Prepare, maintain and deliver marketing materials


Requirements:



F.5 graduate or above
Proficient in airlines’ functional operation, especially commercial and mailing knowledge
Knowledge of airlines’ Frequent Flyer Program system will be an advantage
Well-organized, active and able to handle tasks independently
Customer service experience is required
Strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Good PC knowledge, including Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Immediately available
