We are working on behalf of a newly established 4-star Hotel in Kunming, PRC with 340 rooms and 5 food & beverage outlets, tentatively open in late 2011, to look for five senior expatriate executives (work based in Kunming) to join their pre-opening teams.
Deputy General Manager
Director of Human Resources
Director of Sales & Marketing
Director of Rooms
Director of Food & Beverage
Incumbents should possess related expertise in their respective area with at least 10+ years experience gained from renowned hotel. Previous working experience in PRC and local people connections would be an added advantage.
An entrepreneurial approach to business is essential, including a penchant for and proven track record in contributing to the establishment of new organizations, procedures, and product features.
Multi cultural environment background with exemplary communications (oral/written Mandarin and English), team-building, organization and time management skills are required.
Ability to roll up sleeves and resolve problems while focusing on the strategic goals of the customer and company.
