Responsibilities:
Manage the production of regular and ad-hoc sales management information(MI) reports and conduct analysis on sales performance results.
Manage the sales MI reports to reflect the overall performance results of different sales incentive programmes.
Develop robust sales performance tracking mechanism by meeting the sales performance tracking needs of Commercial Banking Sales Management and frontline and by designing and developing new sales tracking tools with both Finance and IT.
Establish divisional-level sales target planning for Commercial Banking.
Serve as the focal point of contact between Relationship Managers and Finance by investigating and answering queries from Commercial Banking frontline on sales /financial management information.
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in banking field
Familiar with commercial banking products
Excellent commun ication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
